About the event
Are you facing the big life change and needing some guidance? Do you have questions? Maybe you just need to tell it like it really is!
Ladies, we are here for you! While we anticipate this session to be mostly female attended, we welcome any brave men who want to broaden their understanding and empathy for the women in their lives going through the change and we encourage questions and frustrations to pour outward.
To start the evening off, we will have our customary round circle discussion opportunity to share what you feel moved to share.
Then you will be treated to a guest speaker, Dr. Kinga Babicki-Farrugia of The Nest Health as she takes us through a variety of topics relating to our changing bodies and minds, with a focus on coping strategies and plans her clinic offers right here in Vaughan for anyone interested in further assistance.
